Real Trucking is a reputable trucking company that prioritizes great communication, with friendly dispatch and safety personnel ensuring efficient pick-up and delivery services. Employees appreciate the minimal downtime, making it a pleasant workplace. While one individual recently left the company after three weeks, their 5-star review reveals that the decision was not reflective of Real Trucking's professionalism. They expressed concerns regarding facing constant camera monitoring and audible warnings from the Samsara software. However, this feedback does not overshadow the company's overall excellence. Real Trucking is committed to providing exceptional services, and their location at 2100 W 21st St, Broadview, IL 60155, United States, operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note that their service hours are subject to change, and it is advisable to contact the company for the most up-to-date information.

Great communication.. friendly dispatch and safety people..all pick up and delivery on point not much sitting around…Nice place to work.
I just quit the job after three weeks! (Yes, 5⭐️, keep reading to the end👍)
I couldn't go on further with all the camera recording your face while driving and Samsara (camera software) saying warnings out loud for almost everything. I'm not a robot, neither l text or go on FB while driving because l don't even have that. But, once in a while l do look at my phone. We all do. Even the person who wrote that law does it🤷♂️ Also, I do have to look at maps when l approach to PU/DEL locations - PERIOD, and l don't care about traffic violations at those situations. Trucks are locked at 70, which is OK, but once you hit 71mph on downhill, Samsara will keep telling you "reduce speed" warnings every 3 second, and that's loud. If you're on the phone (talking, bluetooth...), you can forget about it.
Then, l was getting calls about e-log, "do this, don't do this" constantly. DVIRs have to be done TWICE a day🤔😳 Can't use PC to get out of receiver to go to truck stop if you do have available hours. Six hours at the receiver spent as sleeper wasted. "-Hi, can l go to Wlmrt, to get food, on PC, pls? - No. You need to start your hours!" That was beyond me🙄
I'm not saying l was perfect, but they sure did want me to be🤷♂️So, l though l better quit before we all get in a fight.😎💪
HOWEVER: totally "5⭐️" company. They ARE professional. From first to last day. I didn't want to go with 65-70/cpm pay, l took $325/day deal instead. I didn't have hidden charges. Everything was on time. Dispatch very productive and will keep you rolling always. After hours people available also. About 50% of your loads will be drop-hook. Showers and laundry at the location. Their own repair shop. As l said, very professional. Though, "TOO MUCH" professional for me and the rules were beyond my limits.
Do l recommend it: ABSOLUTELY YES! Great team, great people, all of them.

We performed a tow for this company after their driver decided to go 150 feet off the road to make a u-turn after several days of rain. After even cutting them a deal, Real Trucking has refused for 2 months to pay the remainder of their bill. DON'T PERFORM SERVICE WORK FOR THEM!
Pay can be a bit confusing, however never short, entire staff, from Uriel(DRM), Victor and Mark(safety)to shop personnel, ALWAYS there to help and explain, I believe I found a home, plan to retire here! THE REAL DEAL
30 yr driver

I've been working in this company for about 1 year now. I just wanna say thank you to the guys from the office, Michael, anthony, uriel and to my dispatcher andrew.. I work as a company driver and now I'm planning to lease in the company. Highly recommended to work here, honest people and I love the atmosphere. Accounting, dispatchers, safety, shop, all 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Real is the real one!!
I have been working in this company for more than 2 years and it is a company that is constantly being updated to improve both its teams and the relationship with its workers. I always recommend it to my friends and the people I meet on the routes.
